Experienced college educated drummer looking to start local band on Mount Desert Island. I also have piano skills and can read/write music. Serious inquiries only please. Looking for a guitarist, bass player, saxaphone, keyboardist. Talent with vocals a plus but not necessary. My main interests are jazz/rock fusion, progressive rock, and funk music. I would like to compose pieces that include technical written sections and long improvised parts. As a drummer with piano skills I also have the ability to play vibes/marimba. I

EQUIPMENT
I have a heated workshop that contains my drum set. It is perfect for rehearsals. I have a new Yamaha keyboard and a Fernandez Acoustic/Electric guitar with an amp. I am willing to let the band use my equipment if needed. I live on Mount Desert Island. My house is in the woods so noise is not a problem at any time.
