Garrison has been active in the music and recording industry for decades and handled production for such artists as the roots rock Austin , Texas band Greezy Wheels, legendary jazz pianist Erroll Garner and chart topping singer-songwriter Leslie Pearl. He is nephew of the late jazz/big band drummer Howie Mann (Elliot Lawrence, Hal MacIntyre, the Dorsey Brothers, Nat King Cole, Mel Torme, Edie Gorme, Steve Lawrence). Garrison has been associated in the studio with the music of The Moody Blues, The Rolling Stones, ZZ Top, John Mayall, Al Green and many others. As a performer, he has heated up some of New York City ’s hottest music spots including CBGB’s, The C-Note, Acme Underground and DownTime as well as Connecticut's Toads Place and Nashville ’s legendary Bluebird Cafe. He is also Host & Producer of the TV series DINERS scheduled to premier Spring '08. Starting a "live" & CD project with female singer-songwriter, acoustic-rock, originals.
