ABOUT

looking for 3-5 seasoned pros to put together a high energy, entertaining act that we can take on the road.I have been touring since '91. This is how I feed my kids. Not a hobby. Still fun, but not a hobby. I have always been someones hired gun singing in someone else's bands.Though I feel I have been lucky to be able to do what I love for a living, I have felt the need for something more alot lately. I want to put together a group of 4-5 who can play multiple instruments, and switch around in the show like a chinese fire drill. Everyone who wants it gets their chance to have the spotlight. It has to be high energy, and entertaing if you want to make any money. If we put the right show together, I am in contact with many agencies who would be willing to put us to work for decent money.Travel would be required, and a lot of it. If you are a veteran, and skilled at your craft, and willing to do what it takes to live well while doing what you love, drop me a line. It's all just good in theory until I find the rest of the players.
Also, I have put a few songs I have written on here.I recorded them in my basement, so quality is not what it should be, yet.But I would really like to know what you think about my tunes. Please be honest, you won't hurt my feelings. Thanks.

My influences vary widely. I enjoy great music from any genre. My musical favorites are Jim Croce, CSN -with or without the Y.Tom Petty, Steve Miller, journey, metalica, U2, foo fighters, America, there are too many. I would get carpel tunnel. But you get the idea.

me, and 3-5 others who have yet to contact me, but will be included when they have.

EQUIPMENT

I have a few guitars, a yamaha keyboard, a 16 channel peavey mixing board with built in effects, a 16 channel yamaha mixing board, and a couple of multitrack recording programs that I use to write. However, I have found that, with insuring, transporting, and maintaining equipment, other than instruments, it is better to just hire a sound company. I know many sound companies across the country who would do a good job at a reasonable price. Also, to make the trips a little more comforatable I can probably have a motorhome to borrow, or a silver eagle tour bus to rent on a per gig basis fairly reasonably.
