THE TEMPLE BEAUTIFUL BAND was formed in connection with performing on a bill for the sold out 40th Anniversary of one of Punk Rock's pioneer bands THE DILS The Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco in 2019.
The band members are veterans of both the original Punk Rock era and current scene.
The Temple Beautiful Band plays a mix of original material and covers of classic old school punk rock. Bands. Our repertoire includes Tuxedomoon, The Plugs, Jim Carroll Band, Black Randy, The Zeros among others.
The show has a strong theatrical dark energy to it, with a wink of the eye. Included here is a promo trailer of the band.
The band has played at SF Eagle, The Knockout, El Rio, Bottom of the Hill. Winters Tavern, The New Farm, The Elbo Room Oakland, Bang The Bay and other events.
