Singer and Guitarist seek tribal/latin/world unique percussionist (bongos, congas, etc) and if possible spanish/flamenco guitar player, maybe stand up/acoustic bassist with an open mind for band. We would like it to be an acoustic act for the most part, unless we had a great keyboard player that was just right for all of us.
-Please be able to rehearse regularly.
-Please be both cool and serious about your craft.
-Please be open minded, able to improvise and professional.
-Please be local to West Side (Mar Vista, Santa Monica, El Segundo, Marina del Rey, etc)
I will add that we are not looking for hired guns. We would it like to be a team/group effort in every way possible. We are looking for serious but cool people who'll take the time to do thing right.
About us: We are both experienced playing shows, recording, and being in bands. Vocalist is a female with a choir and rock background. She's led bands in the past, is easy going and nice. Guitarist is male, is a bit of perfectionist, plays a lot of spanish guitar, likes to jam and keep it simple too.
