Giant Shadows + Band in Carol Stream, IL

ABOUT

Giant Shadows is an original project with an eclectic range of influences from rock, blues, jazz, latin, world music, alternative and beyond. If it doesn't fit neatly in a category, it's probably an influence.

Picture a cross between Deep Purple, The Police, Gov't Mule, Bob Marley and Dead Can Dance.

We are in the market for a bass player. Our current bassist is leaving to find a more casual gig. He will be leaving the group after December.

We generally practice once a week in Carol Stream. we're not expecting to become stars, but we take a lot of pride in our craft. Everyone is very laid back but focused and involved. Ages range from mid-twenties to fifty. No drama here.
