I've been writing music for over 20 years. I try not to limit myself to a specific style when writing but have mostly been writing along the style of rock. I've played enough live shows to know the level of dedication and commitment required to be a successful original band. My ideal band would be playing with a group that allows me to be me and doesn't limit my creativity. A group where each has their individualism and talents yet amazing as a whole. I will be writing, playing, and recording music whether I'm in a band or not and would prefer to surround myself with other musicians that share that same level of commitment to their instrument. My last project was Audio Bravado, this project came to a halt due to our singer and bass player leaving the project. Since then, I've gotten married, started a family, and moved to Lake Orion. I'm still writing original concepts and would be open to playing with original local musicians with similar situations and experiences, to jam with and play shows again one day. I work as an Account Manager by day, graduated from CMU, have a stable career in a professional environment and carry that same professionalism in my home life. Writing original music will never go away... While I appreciate the cover band scene, I would only be open to establishing an all original project with experienced musicians, ideally near Lake Orion/Rochester Hills/Troy but could be flexible for the right situation, that get the original music scene means fulfillment by playing original music in front of people there to hear original music, not playing to just make money...
