ABOUT

For now, I've settled on being a guitarist, a studio artist, and a poet.

I was in one band that separated after high school. Since I already knew how to play guitar, I decided to go to college for studio art. Although I wound up with a few basic albums cover ideas, I switched majors to poetry. I figured the best way to learn to write good songs is learning the conventions of poetry. I'm actually putting a project together that helps break the gap between poetry and songwriting. I'm also trying to write lyrics that:
- aren't hard to understand
- haven't been used in every other song
- flow easily off the tongue
- are meant to be played live!
I've been working on creating clean compositions and experimenting with various vocal nuances.

Hoping to get together with drummers, guitarists, singers, and songwriters to make something great happen.
