I play electric, acoustic and bass guitar, some hand percussion (Djembe, Conga), and a little bit of keyboards. I also play MIDI drum pads and a few electronic music controllers.
I used to play bass in a hard rock / metal band and lead guitar on an Indian rock fusion band in college. I have a masters degree in Music Technology.
I've been composing electronic/rock/metal music at home on DAWs (Logic Pro, Ableton Live) with a mix of software synths, guitar recordings and drum programming.
All my works so far have been instrumentals but I am now looking to collaborate with a vocalist, who is open to experimenting with new sounds and and exploring different styles of music. The ideal vocalist is someone who can improvise melodies in a few different styles and can write lyrics. I am looking to start with making compositions, recording and producing new music. If things go well, we can think about arrangements for live performances.
