I'm looking to form or join a band. Not a big fan of the term "genres", as I consider all forms of music to be just that, but what I'm looking for is along the lines of rock and roll. My main instrument is guitar, 6 and 12 string, in fact I've been writing mainly on a 12 string for the past couple of months and I'm looking to expand on this new ideas. I also can play drums, piano, and bass but guitar is my main instrument. I'm looking to build this band piece by piece, ideally would like to start by adding one person to write songs with before expanding outwards. As for vocals I'm for whatever sounds good, female or male, whatever fits the music best.

Influences
While I do have many influences, I wouldn't say that they all neccesarily bleed into the way I play/write music... Bob Dylan, Guns N' Rose's, Houndmouth, At The Gates, Chopin, Con Funk Shun, Darkane, Meshuggah, Metallica, The Band, Fleet Foxes, Paul Gilbert, Paul Wardingham, Florence and the Machine, Temples, Generationals, Genesis, 80's synth, Simple Minds, Naked Eyes, a-ha, The Crown, James Brown, etc. I could spend all day writing down the bands/musicians/artists that have impacted me in one way or another.

EQUIPMENT
My main two guitars are a 6 string Fender Stratocaster and a 12 string semi-hollowbody D'Angelico guitar. I use a 5150 head and marshall half stack. I also own a pearl export series drum set and a cheesy keyboard.
