Playing guitar since I was 16. Grew up on Beatles, Neil Young, Robin Trower, the Doors, classic rock. Studied classical guitar and majored in music for a year. Currently taking Jazz Guitar and Violin and Piano lessons. People enjoy the songs I write at open mic nights. I have been teaching college history for 35 years and at 67 plan to retire and focus on music. I hope to find some like minded players and see what we can create. I want to sing my own songs but if another has a great voice I would to hear you. Want to hear your songs too. Once I retire in May I can play 5 to 7 days a week - and love travel
