Newly formed classic rock / southern rock band. We currently have drums, bass, guitar/vocals. We are looking for keyboards and a second guitarist. Vocals is a huge plus. We are experienced, reliable musicians looking to get out and start gigging immediately. We are looking for someone who can get up to speed quickly. Reliability is a must.
Commitment: 2 rehearsals per week until we start gigging. 1 rehearsal a week after we start gigging. We expect to gig 2-3 times per month on weekends. Rehearsals will be evenings and/or weekends depending upon everyone's schedule.
We are in our 40's however, age is not a big factor. Our priorities are performance of your instrument and reliability. While we are not looking to play music for a living, we are looking to have a great time and get paid playing live music.
Classic and Southern Rock: We are currently working on tunes from Eagles, Molly Hatchet, Clapton, Bob Seger, ZZ Top, Eddie Money, Marshall Tucker, CCR, Free, Stephenwolf, Bad Company, Grand Funk, Robert Palmer, etc. The list will continue to grow.
Rehearsals are held at my house at Badin Lake. Use zip code 28127 to get an idea of distance. We are laid back guys looking to have fun and get paid to do it.
