Band to Join, Vocalist, Bass Guitar, Drums.

ABOUT

Older school lead guitarist looking to join or throw together a 3 piece, female or male fronted, maybe a side project for someone looking to do something a little different, not a huge commitment, wanting to hit some open mics, see how that goes-maybe do some openers. Like to start getting 3-4 songs down, then hit Moondogs in Auburn. I like all the blues that those cats play, but I want to play something with a little more punch & edge, some Trower, Ian Moore, Satch (Big Bad Moon), Old ZZ, blues/rock thing that likes to play it a little loose, like live bands used to sound, teaser intros, some actual jamming, a little improv, live on the edge a little, Would like to do a mix of some standards & some of whatever turns us on. Due to some health issues, I'm not really up for a full time gigging thing. Obviously not looking to be in some hit playing band, at this point I just want to have fun and jam. Ive got good chops, a pretty good ear, good at coppin' a feel so to speak, but I'm not a note for note soloist, try to keep it fresh & play what I feel.
