I've played in approximately 12 bands in my life.Mostly drums, but have played bass in some and guitar in others. I also own a keyboard (can play a bit).
For work, I spent 20 years as a professional sound engineer in Florida, with 2 major companies, (Providing Live sound reinforcement) in venues from local clubs/bands,block parties etc... to arenas w/hundreds of National Touring acts.
Now on the side, I've played in various cover bands in smaller clubs/bars ect....(as part time work pretty much on a regular basis/every weekend. Last band was 5 years (I was hired into a Classic Rock band.)
Right now I have a drum kit, 2 electric acoustics, 2 electric guitars, Yamaha keyboard, small P.A.w/Shure mics,stands etc...(plenty of power for any of the local bars/club around the area.) and rehearsal space.
I'm interested in co-writing original music, and learning some covers - and get playing out again ASAP! at some of the local venues.
I've had my own band that I'd be interested in putting back together, or if need be jumping into an already existing band either "working"- or close to it.

That's a difficult question.
I like so many styles.
I'm not a real big "Hip-Hop" fan.
( I guess I should say Rock, Blues,etc...but I'm open to try whatever, as long as it sounds good. )
