Yep, yet another hard rock guitar player here - been playing off and on for decades, now getting back into it after a recent hiatus.

Started out as a metal head, gradually expanded into baroque / classical / romantic period music as well as Spanish classical and Flamenco guitar.

The last few years I've been messing around with instrumental improvisation, but I'd really like to get back to writing some original rock stuff with the right vocal counterpart. Based on schedule and availability, I'm really looking to get back into composing and recording collaboration before trying to get a band or performance schedule going.

I have a day job and life obligations, but on the upside I have my own home and transportation, buy my own gear, and will never need to temporarily reside in a rehearsal space or on someone's couch.

I've attached short samples of instrumental pieces that should give you an idea of how I play, as well as some in progress compositions (January 2024) that I haven't had the opportunity to record guitar tracks for just yet; if you think you'd be interested in working on some new material, send me a note. I probably won't have a paid subscription here, but you can find me via the video postings or via e-mail at my username with the extension.
