Band to Join, Vocalist, Vocalist - Bass, Vocalist - Baritone, Vocalist - Tenor, Vocalist - Soprano, Vocalist - Alto.

Well, I've been playing for a few years, have been in a couple bands, and am currently in a band who needs a singer. But as I go through this site, which I think is brilliant, it looks as though people, especially vocalists, don't use it effectively. Since most do not put audio or video to see what they sound like, we have to shoot blind and hope we're not wasting each other's time. I don't mean that to be offensive, we've had really good singers come through that just don't fit what we're trying to do. So...we're starting The Halon Wheels Project to try and help out fellow musicians get themselves recorded to have something on "tape". As a band we have a bunch of originals that we don't use because it doesn't fit into what we are trying to do so we started doing some acoustic stuff that can use a varity of voices. If you want to do a cover song, we'll do it for you. Ultimately, if you're a vocalist with no audio to share with the world and you don't have the means or a way to get a good recording of yourself, we are offering you a means. There will be no money involved, all we ask is that you like us on : The Halon Wheels Project (work in progress) and get the word out. It'll also be a networking tool to get to know and support local musicians. If it's something that you would like more information on, give me a shout

Pink Floyd and the list goes from there...60's, 70's, 80's, 90's Grunge, C/W, Old School Rap & HipHop, old music, new music, all music...Good music is good music no matter how you spin it. Although some will argue it's better on vinyl.
