My goal is to become a successful professional musician. Over my 12 years of musical experience I have devoted myself to being a unique, diverse guitaist. I am consistently striving to discover new sounds, techniques and creative ways to push the guitar in different directions and at the same time utilizing it to make great music and records. I am very influenced by blues and rock and roll that have laid the groundwork for my guitar playing and songwriting in addition to American roots and folk music. Over the years, I have been especially steeped in slide guitar drawing inspiration from Duane Allman whom I spent numerous hours studying and delving into every recording and bootleg of his playing that I could get my hands on.
