I am a guitarist mostly. I have been playing for 14 years. After basics I played electric, mostly rock and have experience with playing lead guitar. I switched to acoustic and nylon string guitars about 5 years ago. The majority of my skill advancement has happened in this time. I play and sing folk, folk-punk, and a bit of blues and rock still.
I also have played upright bass, bass guitar, harmonica and charango (an andean string instrument).
I haven’t really been part of a band but I have played with bands, jam, and busk.

Influences
Definitely my biggest influence right now is AJJ (formerly Andrew Jackson Jihad). I play a lot of folkpunk covers.
I love all sorts of folk though. Some of my favorites are Townes Van Zandt, Tom Waits, Tallest Man on Earth, and Victor Jara.
Also blues like R. L. Burnside and classic rock like Led Zeppelin.
