Influences

My first influences were Elvis Presley and Jerry Lee Lewis. Years later it was James Taylor, Jim Croce, Bruce Springteen, John Prine, Jerry Jeff Walker, Guy Clark, Steve Earle, and all the Texas songwriting legends after them.

EQUIPMENT

I play a 1994 Taylor E-114 acoustic guitar, and have a new Epiphone acoustic-electric for emergency back-up.
I play thru a JBL EON ONE system.
I play Suzuki and Hoener Special 20 harmonicas, and have all major keys.
I use a Roland drum machine to accompany myself rhythmically.
And finally, I use a Boss vocal harmony stomp pedal.
