I have been in the San Antonio area for about ten years after moving here from New Orleans. I grew up playing Jazz/Blues/Funk which somehow evolved into technical/heavy (ie: math rock) type music (although I really like anything 'good').
I enjoy using effects in a tasteful and real-time fashion (ie: changing effects while I use them).
I consider myself a very soulful and aggressive guitarist doing my best to serve the song and play to the strengths of my band mates.
I am the guitarist for the San Antonio area band Thirteen Muses and guitar columnist for the Edge Magazine ('The Pick Stops Here'), but am seeking a new project for myself and my vocalist as this one has come to a halt.

This is an unreleased song from my previous band, Thirteen Muses. I wrote/arranged the song and presented it to the band and fortunately they liked it. We recorded this in our band room, all guitar tracks including solos are double-tracked.

Another unreleased track from Thirteen Muses. This is a rough mix with no vocals, it again has double guitar tracks for everything. I intentionally played different leads on the left/right tracks like the old school Sabbath leads. I have always wanted to do that. :)

This is a song that I wrote a while ago abut did not get around to recording until recently. The drums are sequenced using EZDrummer/Drumkit From Hell. All of the guitars are played by myself, bass, solos, etc. The Vocals are done by my singer from Thirteen Muses, Joe Massie. This was all recorded by myself in my home studio.

This song was written about a year ago and recorded somewhat incorrectly with my previous band Thirteen Muses, however it was never completed or released. Currently the song is complete minus solos and a final mix. This is a rough mix with vocals. This was also done with EZDrummer/Drumkit From Hell and recorded in my home studio. I did all of the programming/engineering and played all instruments, Joe Massie wrote the vocal arrangements and sang. I did however do some backups at his request. This song will be finished shortly.
