Female with life long music virus looking for band playing classics, progressive classics and/or original music in checked categories. Can write - willing to collaborate to start a new band....i.e., not necessarily looking to join an existing band, since originality and freedom to improvise is highly desired. Not interested in playing 3 chord songs ad nauseam. Will also be happy playing R.I.O. & Zeul. Studio oriented; now retired and looking to play out. Lost my last band due to others loss of interest; somewhat out of practice, but people to play with will fix that fast. Gravitate towards the DARK stuff. Haven't played out much yet, but I've been lucky when I have: that's Kerry Minnear of Gentle Giant playing keys behind me in one pic, and Dennis Dunaway of Alice Cooper singing lead in the next. The others are on stage at Orion Studios in Baltimore, and at RoSfest progressive rock festival in PA. Co-organizer of yearly ProgDay weekend festival in NC each Labor Day weekend.
