Decided to re-explore singing in honor of my music teacher in the 70s who told me to keep singing and I quit immediately. ;-)
After 2 sessions at the School Of Rock in Kirkwood, I joined a band with 4 of my co-students and we have played successfully around S. Illinois for a couple years, doing both covers and about 8 originals. I had a back injury and then Covid further wiped us out and now we have a member battling cancer, so hard times for sure. Looking for additional opportunity to sing with another band even if I continue when old band gets back together. I am passionate and very comfortable on stage and interacting with audience. I
