CURRENTLY HAVE A BAND, WILL LOSE OUR DRUMMER AT THE END OF THIS SEMESTER AND WILL NEED A NEW ONE
REQUIREMENTS
Experienced: No Beginners, must have multiple years of experience (the more the better)
Music genre: Like and play music from one or more of the following genres- Progressive, rock, classic rock, alternative, blues, jazz, reggae, etc.
Practices: we need someone who is at least somewhat flexible and can meet 2 or more times a week, at a time convenient for everyone.
Note: none of us have a car up at State, so be prepared to move your equipment if need be
ABOUT US
We have a piano player, singer (who is learning bass…sort of), and guitarist; we all went to the same high school; are juniors at PSU currently; have similar taste in music; and are fairly experienced musicians. We're extremely chill and play music purely for the love of it. At the same time, we hope to get some local gigs once we get this train rolling. We write our own music, but plan on learning a few good cover songs as well
OPTIONAL (any of these things are a HUGE bonus for us)
Has a car to help drive bandmates and equipment
Has a place to jam
Has a PA system, recording equipment, or anything else that could be useful for our band
