Part-Time Poet is the artist moniker for independent musician Devin Smith.
The project began in 2003 and has featured full band lineups over the years.
I grew up as an emo kid who also loved pop-punk music, which won’t take you long to notice as influences in my songs.
I have always tried to make the music I would want to listen to, so if you like my songs your musical taste is impeccable.
Part-Time Poet songs focus on mental health, nostalgia, getting older, everyday struggles, and good times.
