I've played in several bands including some overseas stuff in Taiwan and China - I'm looking for other talented musicians that want to jam, perhaps look for some gigs, record, etc. - that might be just another guitarist/singer or a full band. Basically, I'd see if there is a good connection and go from there...
I should mention that I am a small business owner and very busy; however, I truly enjoy the chemistry that can only come from creating good music - I can play anything from folk to hard rock to alternative to pop. At this point in my life, I'm more interested in great music, growing as a musician and getting fulfillment - rather than a specific genre or style.
I've likely written a couple of hundred original songs in my day (and recorded a few dozen) - and in my younger days I worked at an old Warner Brother's studio in Buffalo, NY (although all of the gear and methods are different). I've played guitar section on close to one hundred tracks for various bands and solo artists.
I can use GarageBand (Mac) or Adobe Audition (PC) software - and I've got a mini home studio.

U2, King Crimson, Led Zepplin, Radiohead, The Ramones, ACDC, The Cult, Tragically Hip, Rush, Kings of Leon, The Cure, Deep Purple, Pearl Jam, Thrice, Biffy Clyro, Band of Horses, ... now the complexion of music has changed... there is plenty of good music and plenty of crap too...
