I am a performer, teacher and listener living and working in the great city of New York. My career encompasses solo, chamber and orchestral performance. My passion lies in sharing - with other musicians and audiences. I've spent 20 years training as a classical violinist and have 3 degrees in classical performance. I have a curiosity to what lies outside of the classical world. I've recently embarked on a project that fuses classical music with pop, folk, world, electronic and other genres. The project escapes the formalities of a concert hall, bringing a collection of genres to bars, restaurants and galleries throughout the city. I learned to play mostly by ear and consider my sharp ear, natural musical intuition and energy to be significant attributes to my craft.
I am a lover of knowledge and people's interpretation of the world, runner, dog fanatic, yogi, and an admirer of MWT (mountains, water, trees). Hope to play with you and share what connects us all.
