I've played rhythm and lead guitar for 13 years, and have written songs for about half that time. I've formed bands several times in the last 5 years. In addition to playing guitar and writing original material, my time in these bands included gaining experience in handling the business/marketing/booking aspect of being in a band. I've also got basic experience with recording, mixing, and mastering. My main goal is to find other musicians to form an original band mixing modern pop/R&B with classic rock guitars, but I'm also open to joining an existing project that has a similar style!

I've played out on and off for several years, with some experiences I'm extremely grateful to have under my belt. My last band had the incredible opportunity to be one of the openers for the sold out album release show for John Paul White (of the Civil Wars) in April 2019, playing to a crowd of 700. I spent 4 years at the University of North Alabama and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in the Entertainment Industry. My goal is to use what I've learned from the program, along with my own experiences, to help take a band as far as possible.

Most of my playing style is based on 80s rock guitar and blues, but I listen to nearly every style of music and love trying to take something from everything. Some of my favorite guitarists are Slash, Joe Bonamassa, Eric Johnson, Jimi Hendrix, John Mayer, and Van Halen.
