Honah Leigh just wants to make some friends who will help her bigger and better. She hopes to help your music too and, in the process, make you proud.
A painfully shy, love-lorn optimist, she started making music long after other musicians had learn to plunk, wail, toddle and look pretty taking press shots. A journalist by day and a bashful starlet by night, Honah heard ugly stories of the first world and began to quietly lament the subjects and situations, which would later serve as the subject matter for her songs.
Ms. Leigh plaintively unveils through her music the underbelly and the dirty side of suburbia, white-picket fences, high school sweethearts and the American dream. Writing and singing music in the comfort of her living room gives Ms. Leigh a delicious sense of accomplishment. Singing it to the outside world gives her a terrific case of the hives -- but, with your help, she hopes to do it anyway.
