National tribute act is seeking a professional, long-term bass guitarist who can not only play, but also has moves, a stylish look, and stage presence. Image is just as important as the music for this 1980's pop homage. Gig requires basic choreography (moving in-sync with guitarist and minimal "dance" moves for one song). Some backing vocals required. This is not a cover band. We headline places like the House of Blues, festivals, casinos, and out-of-state venues. Shows are typically 90 minutes (up to 2 hours). Must be able to audition/rehearse in the L.A. South Bay area. Must be able to travel for shows. Pay varies with each gig and will be discussed after auditions.
