I have been playing guitar since I was in middle school, though I stopped for a few years during the pandemic because I was living in a duplex and couldn't comfortably play without annoying my neighbors. After relocating to Mankato and buying a house, I have gotten back into playing, but I miss having others to jam with.
I've been in "bands" my whole life, which just means I jammed with my friends pretty regularly. Sometimes we would play "gigs" which consisted of us doing a few covers at some community event, so I guess I have some stage experience. But I'm not looking to get into anything that serious right now, just hang out, discover new music, make friends, and chase that feeling of being in a band again.
