I am looking for a musician who is also a vocalist for a duo. I also sing you can check my vocals on my demo here. I play well with others with no drama. Would like to start by jamming together and see where it may lead. I'm open to a few gigs now and again, not interested in playing out all the time every week.
I have been playing in bands and singing oldies, folk-rock, and rock since the early 60s. Have had a recording contract with a major record company. Had the flash of fame back in the day. I love oldies 60s/70s rock but branch out into some bluegrass, and more modern music as well as big band.

I would love to meet someone interested in joining or putting together a duo or trio for the fun of it and playing occasional gigs as well. Please be committed to regular practices with the goal of raising goose bumps on folks when they hear us play. If you are looking for strictly a bar band please look elsewhere. I am interested in playing out in live gigs but not just in bars. Making a little money with the music would be a plus but not a necessity.

MY HISTORY:
I have been playing since the Surf Music Era back in the 60's. I played and sang in a professional and recording band back in the day when 60s music was on the top 10 chart. I have played lead guitar in a Church praise band. We played weekly and at charity events as well as Big Springs Jam. I am well versed it polular contemporary Christian songs. Our 4 piece Contemporary Christian / Oldies rock group did alot of 60s oldies and some folk with a mix of other like music. We have done coffee houses and such.
