I'm Michael, I make music. I don't say "I'm a musician," because it sounds cool, I say it because it's my passion, and all I've really cared about since I was about 15. I'm 22 now, and I think I've finally found myself as a writer. I am looking for people with that spark, that look in their eyes, that tells me they are serious. I am tired of kids who say "Oh, yeah I make music," and then you put a guitar in their hand and they don't know the first thing about composing music. Listen, I don't need to hear you play "Stairway to Heaven," or the solo from "Fade to Black," I want to hear ORIGINAL and innovative guitar riffing, intense bass lines, and drums that aren't humdrum. Where is the passion? I'm waiting...
