I am a female vocalist looking to start a band with a blues sound but still upbeat and funky. Kind of like a lot of Incubus's music. I am extremely commited and have a very unique sounding voice. I have been told it is similar to Janis Joplin and Aretha Franklin with a twist. I started out singing gospel then moved to blues and rock, so I can sing a variety of genres.
