Joseph Jackson IV (J-IV) was born in Bellflower raised in Orange County, California in 1979. Following the trends of East & West Coast Greats l DJ Quik, Dr. Dre,2-Pac,Notorious B.I.G., Jay-Z,Busta Rhymes,LL Cool J,KRS-1,Wu-Tang Clan,Common Sense, Talib Q,and many others. J-IV's interest was the cool laid back but i'm Bad at the same time style. Since his early year's J-IV started to make beatz and write lyrics practicing his craft.
J-IV is very spiritually rooted and has a strong passion about his musical work. J-IV grew extremely passionate about music because of the way it can effect and change people, stating that, music heals wounds and is a gift.J-IV's conscious and energetic lyrics will make a difference and create more of a positive atmosphere in different musical genres. He intends to bring back the feel good music vibes that the people look for to get through and spread love. J-IV's music is a hybrid of old skool jams mixed with todays tempos and frequencies.
