Dangerous Love
Dangerous Love"Dangerous Love" the new single by Jackie Jensen, was written and composed while Jackie and her live band were on tour this summer. "This was the first song that actually made me almost cry when I performed it live. It was so beautiful" -says Jackie Jackie is in the middle of writing, composing and recording her 2nd Studio album. Over the last 2 years since her last album she has taken her music from GarageBand and cheap bedroom recordings (when she first started putting music out) ...to building her own "Jackie J. Productions LLC" and her own at home recording studio. Now, with synthesizers, drums, top of the line mics, bass, guitars and many more, she has all the tools to begin really writing the music that she feels. "I believe I was given a gift, a gift to share with the whole world, and no matter what, that's what I want to do. I want to take my listeners somewhere, when they hear my music. I want to inspire people, talk openly about my life, be vulnerable, and hopefully inspire other indie artists to follow out their dreams as well"- Jackie Jensen The song "Dangerous Love" is the first single off her much highly anticipated 2nd Studio Album. Jackie has sold out shows in LA, Orange County and other surrounding cities will continue to tour with her band this year. This song is about falling in love and how that is a little "dangerous" but we love it! Jackie said: "You know when I fell in love with this guy, who I was dating at the time, I felt like we had met before. It was a crazy cool feeling. I wrote this song about that vulnerability and how we can gain so much just by letting go of fear and giving into love. The world needs more love. I can imagine people dancing to this in Texas with their cowboy boots, or out by the beach in California, or in NYC at a rooftop bar. This song has no limits, its for everyone! When I asked Jackie about her lyrical choices in this song she said: Ah, in the beginning of the song I say "Remember that night we met back in 1969?" That is a reference to the my parents graduated high school. I love that year. I feel like the 60s and 70s had some of the best music too. I also feel like in dreams I have had, I have travelled back to that year before. So, when I met my love, and felt like we met before, I immediately was inspired to sit at my piano and write that line. I asked myself, what if he and I had met before? Maybe in another life in 1969? haha. It sounds funny, but it just makes for a great story to a song. I love that your true soulmate understands you. My friends and fans all loved this song when I performed it live, so now its fun to give a little more detail on the writing process behind the song. I'm also a huge believer in reincarnation. I wasn't born until 1991 this time, but who knows how many times we live.In my world, Our souls have no limits. Music to me is such a blessing because I can share my ideas and beliefs and also create cool storylines. I couldn't imagine loving anything else more than writing songs. "You got it, I want it" - that was a huge catchy phrase for me. I had this melody in my head and a storyline about falling in love with someone, and the rest of the world fading away. That to me is a very vulnerable, yet beautiful feeling." We hope you enjoy Jackie's new song "DANGEROUS LOVE" All the love and light, Jackie Jensen & Team **This song will have merchadise available for purchase coming soon on Jackies website. be sure to follow her for more info on that. ** follow Jackie here: www.iamjackiejensen.com www.facebook.com/iamjackiejensen www.instagram.com/iamjackiejensen www.youtube.com/jackiejensen22
