I am a singer-songwriter wanting to collaborate with a rhythm guitarist and keyboardist. I have been in a full band performing my originals for four years but am now seeking either a duo or trio (rhythm guitar/keys). My songs are very eclectic and include rock, blues, Celtic, country, jazz, and more. I compose the songs on piano but really enjoy collaborating on arrangements. I am not a skilled keyboardist and strongly desire someone who is. My performance style is unrestrained and emotive. I love connecting with my audience as well as with my fellow bandmates. I live for the joy of being "in the moment" on stage but also feel that it is equally important for a band to be tight. Although my original music is my biggest priority, I enjoy performing covers but do not wish to try to copy someone else's artform. I prefer to offer a unique representation of a great song. I am committed to the pursuit of the dream and am interested in those who are as committed as I am. I have gigs on the books including one night a month at a local coffee house.
