I am an older musician trying start back up doing gigs, writing songs, hopefully recording some of the original work and doing some touring regionally. But the first order of business is to find other talented musicians of any age my main interest is someone's skill level and ability to work with others. I do have another veteran musician that is a fantastic keyboard player already on board with this project. We need a lead guitar player and drummer. I do have several friends that are great drummers and hopefully one of them might join us. I am looking at having a 4 or 5 piece group. I haven't mentioned this as yet but I am a lead vocalist but also would like to have at least one or two other singers in the group. I have a concert PA system, a practice studio. Now I have read a lot of profiles listed here and I would really like to see a couple of much younger musicians join us to add the energy and enthusiasm I so remember having years ago. Of course not every younger guitar player or drummer who has posted in here was had the time to reach a true professional level of playing. Now if your younger and almost to that level hell come jam with us. I taught guitar for years and can play lead but am much more comfortable playing bass and singing when we are live.

I only ask that someone reading this will consider just coming over to my practice studio and jamming with myself and the keyboard player and we will just see how things develop. I have original songs and a already in place network to get gigs. How many we might do say in a months time will depend on our time limitations and individual interest in performing. I do definitely plan on our little combo making a better pay scale that what you normally see around Tulsa, Oklahoma but as my guitar teacher years ago (Eldon Shamblin) don't quit your day job!

EQUIPMENT

I have a very nice JBL concert size sound system capable of providing the band vocals and sound reinforcement for I would guess two to three thousand people in the audience. I also have lifts and truss work and lots of lighting. I used to only play a Rickenbacker 4001 limited edition bass but now days I
