Bass player wanted for weekend afternoon (Saturday or Sunday) jams.
I have a small room set up in my home with drums and Korg D888 8 track recording equipment. Everything miced.
I also have a drummer. I’m looking for someone who wants to jam and play mostly originals for fun right now. I’m not looking to make money play out right away. Maybe some open mic once we get tight.
I play guitar, rhythm, lead and can sing lead.
As far as covers I gravitate to classic rock (no country, heavy metal, punk or pop).
I’m in my 40’s and the drummer is in his 20’s so age or sex is not important as long as you’re at least 21.
Influences: Page, Hendrix, SRV, Jeff Healey, Clapton, Billy Gibbons, Buddy Guy, etc.
You don’t need to be a professional bass player but you need to be able to improvise and help come up with material.
