I'm in my late 30s wand have played in bands off and on for twenty years, but it has been several years since I've played in a band. I'm ready to take it serious now. I left my office job a few years back to focus on music and now have my own virtual music teaching and production business. I'm not a flashy guitar player by any stretch, but I'm very dedicated to learning and I'm improving very rapidly. I take music very seriously and want to play almost all original (my stuff and write with band members). I can also record and produce/engineer really good sounding demos that are getting better and better with every project. I'm drug and alcohol free, but don't mind if alcohol is present as long as it doesn't interfere with the goal of making a band as good as it could be. I'll step up and be a band "leader" if needed, but I'm more than happy to be a member of democratic system where everyone's input is valued. I'm laid back and easy to get along with, but very driven at the same time.
