Band to Join.

Hey guys and gals, I'm curious, why are you on a band site if you don't have any music posted??? In this day and age of cell phones, computers, camcorders, recorders, there's no excuse for not having some type of representation of your music.

As for me, 30+ years vocal/song writing experience in all styles of music, ranging from folk/acoustic to rock/metal/industrial/goth.
And just for the record: Please keep in mind before you start ragging me about my age, that most of the music that has stood the test of time was written and is still being written by guys/gals closer to my age. Just some food for thought.

I'm drug free which means I'm not a meth head, pill head or a drunk / have my own transportation and equipment.

Looking for something along the lines of a mix of metal and industrial/goth/rock/alternative/doom/stoner whatever , I mean let's mix it up and see what happens, but most of all must be original music.
I have no objection to doing covers and I have no objections for different styles of music but originals must be the main focus of the band. All of my songs posted are originals, written by me or co-written by me and the guitarist of the band we were in.

So if you're ready to take a real chance, give me a call, but if you're just looking for a way to get a free beer tab at a bar, tell your story walking and don't waste my time.

I need to hear something of your music before we even do a meet and greet. No disrespect to anyone, but it just makes sense that if you're on a musician site looking for bands or players, you should have representation of yourself to go along with your ad. The days of packing up the equipment, driving to someone's house, setting everything up and then staring at each other because you don't know what to jam on are over, plain and simple. If you want to be treated like a professional, then you have to act like a professional. That's the way it was told to me and it just makes too much sense not to follow it. Good luck in your search and in your music.

And trust me, just because I listed these bands as influences doesn't mean that I'm limited and closed mind to other styles.

Small PA, good enough for certain practice areas. Mixing board, amps, cabs, mics.
Probably not big enough for live gigs though with a very loud band.
