Bass Guitar.ABOUT
Jimmy Phillips, guitarist and vocalist for Jimmy & the Mortals is currently in search of a bass player for a Sixties Revue band. I need a bass player who knows (or is willing to learn) the music of the Sixties and a background in blues would also help. Prefer a Fender bass player with a good-sized rig, and having a small club combo amp might be useful at times as well. Backing vocals would be a plus.

EQUIPMENT
We have a club P.A. for club gigs and small outdoor concerts. I play Gibson (Les Paul Jr, Les Paul Studio, and an SG) and Fender (Stratocasters) guitars. I use Taylor acoustics (6-string & 12-string) and a Danelectro 12-string electric. For amps I use a Marshall JTM45 with either a 2X12 or a 4X12 cab, and a vintage '65 Deluxe Reverb. Sometimes I use vintage '66 Fender bassmans with Fender cabs.
