I'm not looking to start a band but it's not out of the question either. I just want to play music with people. I'm not great by any means and it doesn't matter to me what your skill level is. I'm looking for someone (or someones) who has the music in their soul and needs it to fill the air because, well, that's what I need too. You've got to like laughing however. That one's a deal breaker for me. Hands down.
I'm a Dad and I own a Landscaping business so I'm pretty busy but would love to start up a weekly or every other week no pressure jam thing of sorts. I used to host a jam night once a week during my batchlor days about 10 years ago. Then I knocked my lady up and moved to FL. Haven't found any solid jam buddies since.
I know enough about my approach, music theroy, and my soul to be confident in my skills and, at the same time, humbly realize I need to know more.
From the master to the novice, princes to poppers, and wise folk to fools, we all have something to learn from each other and we all have something to teach each other.
