I am a musician and tri-coastal (NYC, Chicago, LA/SF) lawyer. with music law knowledge and an undergrad marketing degree. I just relocated full-time back to the West Coast (2015) after spending a couple of years back east and am now living in the Bay Area. I am seeking one or more collaborators with a strong knowledge of jazz--although you do not have to only play jazz--for project development.
My background: I was originally trained as a classical pianist growing up so my strong suit is sight reading, however, I have taken some jazz piano courses and have knowledge of most of the jazz scales. I sing primarily in a jazz and contemporary style. I am familiar with most jazz standards and those I am not familiar with I can get learn quickly.
Update: I now live in the City of San Francisco in a centrally-located district so if you're in SF and would like someone to collaborate or just practice with drop me a line and let's see what we can work out.
