I'm a black female metal guitarist(I'm told it's a rare breed loll) I've been playing for a little over a year now and I think I'm getting pretty damn good lol(I know I'm no beast yet) I want to learn more and I think it'd be more fun to learn with a band kind of grow together cuz I don't really want to deal with egotisical assholes who are better and whatever and don't underestimate me cuz I'ma girl I can play a few BFMV songs full speed, like Tears Don't Fall(minus the solo) and Your Betrayal, if you don't know who that is go away you disgust me lol jk
As for Drums I've just started with that so that will have to wait lol.
I'm gettin better and learning notes and all that jazz. I'm 21 in July soooo some 18-25 or so? that'd be cool lemme know what's up? Older players I'm not trying to sound like a bitch or anything saying no old geezers and all that crap, I think your experience would be a great help to me but I'd just like to stick around my own age I can relate to them more.
Oh I'm not too bad lookin either I know most ppl don't wanna ugly chick it kills lol and I wanna be in a mostly guy band. I already have ideas for names, I can't sing lead(voice isn't that strong) but I can be back up and I'm willing to learn how to play other instruments(Drums? Ooo lol)

My influences are BFMV, Deftones, Taproot, Iron Maiden, SOAD, ill Niño, Metllica(that's almost everyone's lol), Disturbed, A7X, Demon Hunter, Mudvayne, Chevelle, Atreyu, Corpus Christi, Destrophy, Nickelback & 3 days grace(lol last 2 curveballs huh? I'm flexible lol) annnnd the list goes on.

EQUIPMENT
I play electric and acoustic my electric is a Schecter C-1 from the diamond series(or my Washburn Lyon I hardly use anymore) and I have an acoustic/electric Ibanez V, my amp is a Line 6 III 75 watt Spider, also have a Behringer V-Amp 3 and a Boss Metal Zone stomp pedal.
