A good drummer and good person seeking a band. Playing to music is getting a bit old. I have been playing drums since middle school which was in 1993.
I believe that an "actual drummer" is a drummer who can play any type of music, and can play at any typo regardless of genre. An actual drummer feels the music he plays, and plays from the emotion of the music, and only need to hear a song but once to know how to play it.
I played in and managed a band for 4 years, with no one leaving and everyone having a good time. Band members getting married and having kids dissolved that over time. It was a positive group with good talent, lots of laughs, and everyone enjoying themselves.
I would like to have the same kind of band again. Genre of music doesn't matter as much as the maturity of the band members.
