ABOUT

Im 46 and picked up guitar in Jan 2021. Ive been teaching myself. I have quite a few songs I can strum. I am still working at flat picking. Kicking around taking some lessons and really think connecting with other musicians would really help progress. I want to have fun and make music. Mainly looking to jam and learn.

I have a job and family/kids. Im not really wanting to gig... yet. I just want to have a lot of fun with it. I practice at least a little each day. So I am serious about it for my own development.

I do manage a theatre in the area and have done lighting and audio and staging etc.. my whole life. My degrees are in theatre design and show management. I have managed tours and large scale shows and have designed large lighting rigs. making music is still new for me though. :-)

Also, I am skilled electrically and with carpentry and have found I really enjoy rebuilding and setting up guitars.
