ABOUT

Greetings all, my name is Jason Clay and I have been a drummer for all my life. I have played in churches and been in 3 bands back in Rhode Island. I took a very long sabbatical from gigs and am looking to make drumming a full time gig. I will commit and give 110% every session, my current set up is electric drums but I need to get my acoustic kit back so I have some options for gigs. I'm currently working full-time and I'll work around my availability to meet band practice expectations.

Influences

My Uncle was a Drummer for the Whalers back in the 90's and I got to play on his kit and I'll never forget it. It was a purple Ludwig drumset and it was a beautiful kit. I remember when I was three I hopped onto his kit and I started to play. My mom thought my uncle was home and come to find out I'm downstairs playing and the rest is history.
