We are a newly formed band in need of a drummer. We had a drummer for a couple practices but he had to leave due to being over committed and not able to practice with us much. We have vocalist (me), guitar and bass. Lots of equipment and lots of experience and kick ass. Ages 30s to 50s. We started out covering heavy classic rock such as Sabbath, Van Halen, etc then decided to concentrate on Southern Rock. Our current set list includes Allmans, Molly Hatchet, Skynyrd, Marshall Tucker and James Gang. We are open to throwing in some not-so-southern-rock tunes once in awhile. We all have good jobs and families and don't plan on living in the streets to gig for a living. Gigging once or twice and month and rehearsing once or twice a month. Not satisfied with being typical. We want to play higher end venues and blow people away and believe that can be realized with a great drummer. You need to be able to start at the right tempo and hit all the signature hooks in the songs.
