OK, gonna try and make this short and sweet. I am 44 years old. Unbeknownst to me an A&R person contacted me out of knowwhere to go on a three month tour with possible extension and over seas. The band my old band The Gotards, have not been functioning as a band for over a decade cause everyone went on with their own lives. So here it is. I think this tour is a huge opportunity for me as well as anyband members. While my old band really has quite a bunch of songs of the old material maybe two or three songs and then some new stuff and some covers. The band does have a reverb page and on it are a couple songs however a lot has changed that music was recorded in 2001 we were together for a decade it got way better from there. I said that just to give you an idea of the sound also the band has a page on face book and you are interested in reaching out you can go through that way as well. Anyhow, this is on the clock, so stage experience a big thing or at least very comfortable playing as really don't have time to develope from scratch also 21 and up kind of a good idea as I don't know the places we will be at. The tour starts in end of June early July however there is a face to face meeting in Nashville that we are supposed to goto in May I think. Also and this is important. Transportation, lodging, food all taken care of however the tour itself does not pay, however any money made on selling merchandise is completely ours. Also there are a lot of other reasons to do this tour. So if you are coming into this thinking you are gonna be living like Jay-Z or something after this think again. This is for people who A. Want to rock, B. Are not total dicks. This has been a dream of mine ever since I picked up a guitar. So no if fame happens cool. That however is not what it's about so if you are a jobber that needs to be paid to play move on.

Ok so this would be way to big of a list. Bottom line my influences are all over the place. Not gonna lie in a live way I personally cut my teeth on punk and metal. However I listen to just about everything. Basically if I feel it rocks or moves me I listen to it. However new country can kiss my backside.

So right now I am in the process of getting new gear. More with an eye towards playing live. My original gear was more leaning toward home recording. A spark Amp cool for jacking straight into a DAW. However, definitely wouldn't cut it on stage.
