My name is JB Warren, I am interested in joining, creating a band, or, participating in musical projects/collaborations. I've had around 7 or 8 months of professional singing training. I've been practicing on my own for about 7 years. I have an extremely wide vocal range (around C1-C7) and specialize in difficult songs. I I sing and enjoy almost every genre of music (not a fan of excessive screaming) I've written a few songs and am in the immediate process of getting professional recording equipment. I am currently collaborating with a friend who is a organist. Would love to connect and work with other musicians

Main influences:
Dimash Kudaibergen:

Dimash, as an artist, is very similar to how I would ideally like to sing. I love difficult songs, especially songs that require multiple octaves. However, his style is much more traditional and Opera orientated then mine.

Nina Persson (The Cardigans):

My natural singing voice is mezzo and very raspy. It is directly inspired by Nina Persson. Trying to sing like her led to me discovering my range capabilities.

Freddie Mercury (Queen)

I have a jaw disorder that gives me a slight overbite similar to Freddie Mercury. A lot of my belting techniques are inspired by him.

Elvis Presley:

Creating a dynamic between Soprano and Bass was a challenge. As a life long Elvis fan, I was influenced by his softer style

Kurt Cobain (Nirvana):

I sang a lot of grunge when I was a teenager. A lot of my mid range rasp is naturally inspired by Kurt Cobain.

Tim Storms:
Can't get anywhere near as low as him, (he has the lowest voice in the world! -7!) however his sub bass technique was very influential for me.

The Notorious B.I.G.:

I don't rap often, but when I do I lean towards the Old School East Coasts scene, especially Biggie.

Minor Influences:
Johnny Cash
Diana Damrau
Mike Patton
Lemmy (Motorhead)
Tom Jones
Courtney Love (Hole)

Axel Rose (Guns N' Roses)
